Filter is an online harm reduction magazine. Launched in 2018, its mission is to advocate through journalism for rational and compassionate approaches to drug use, drug policy and human rights. This remit includes extensive reporting on global tobacco harm reduction developments from writers around the world. Filter is owned and operated by The Influence Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organisation based in New York.
